This website consolidates the artistic work, professional tattoo services, and educational programs of Lisandra Tamayo. By browsing or making a purchase, you declare that you are of legal age under the laws of your place of residence, or that you have the legal consent of your parents or guardians.

Originality & Intellectual Property. All oil paintings, reproductions, prints, and artistic products available in the shop are the exclusive property of Lisandra Tamayo Atelier. Their reproduction or commercial exploitation without express written authorization is prohibited.

Prices & Payments. All prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through our authorized platforms.

Shipping & Delivery. Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or international customs procedures.

Return Policy. Due to the unique and custom nature of original works of art, all sales are final. For prints or merchandise damaged in transit, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so that a replacement can be evaluated.

Booking Appointments. Tattoo project requests are handled through our booking system. Acceptance of a project is at the artist's discretion.

Deposit Policy. To confirm any appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures the design time and the date on the schedule, and will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo on the day of the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, you must do so with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book another date.

Legal Requirements. On the day of the appointment, a valid government-issued ID must be presented. Tattoos will not be performed on minors without notarized consent, nor on persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.

Enrollment & Access. Access to courses, seminars, and lessons is reserved exclusively for registered and paid students. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

Copyright of Educational Material. All curriculum content, videos, guides, and texts are protected intellectual property. Sharing, reselling, distributing, or duplicating any Academy material is strictly prohibited.

Education Refund Policy. Once access to digital content or course modules has been granted, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.

Lisandra Tamayo Atelier does not warrant that the website will be free of errors or temporary interruptions. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or the healing process of a tattoo once the client leaves the studio, as aftercare is the sole responsibility of the user following the instructions provided.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
